As many of you know, I strive to provide all players with the opportunity to improve and build on their skills and fundamentals in the game of softball. What's important to me is the determination, smiles, and laughter each player gives while performing as a team in an environment with friendly competition.

As a young lad, I was taught the values of fundamentals, discipline, and teamwork which has made me the person I am today. I now observe coaches and parents teaching these same core values to the next generation. We need to continue building up our community, because I know how much a great support system can influence the success of the players.

With every game our children play, we as adults must provide a positive influence by showing good sportsmanship on and off the field. After all, a great support system will be the foundation for our children to become our future leaders.
